[問題] 外食族該如何維持蔬果攝取量呢?
y我這幾個月因為覺得身體變差而開始運動
除了每天跑步之外 在飲食上也盡量以蔬菜水果為主
可是因為工作關係 三餐時間不固定 加上又是外食 蔬果的攝取就比較有限
想問問大家都是怎麼解決這個問題呢?
