[問題] 溫差大 凌晨常被冷醒而沒睡飽 怎麼辦?已回收
春天溫差大 常常早上四點多被冷醒 沒睡飽>.<
晚上剛入睡的時候 棉被有蓋很厚、很熱
但凌晨就會變很涼 .....睡眠被打斷很沮喪
請問這方面有沒有甚麼"簡便的"小技巧?

(沒有恆溫空調之類的)
