從小就很討厭運動, 是那種體育課都會躲在樹下聊天的人
總覺得運動很累很熱很麻煩
但是現在年紀漸漸大了(超過三十了),
常常都全身腰酸背痛的、 也感到體力很不好
所以想培養運動的習慣, 但是就超討厭運動的不知道該怎麼強迫自己
想說先從跑步開始好了,省錢又方便
結果就是我從5月3號跑了1.8公里後, 到昨天6月9號才跑了第二次
然後跑一公里就不行了......
真佩服那些可以每天去跑步的人
我本身是吃不胖型的, 雖然會希望讓自己線條更好看(肉很鬆垮)
但可能因為沒有真的很胖( 甚至還會被說太瘦 ), 所以心態上也就懶懶散散的
請問有什麼好方法可以從排斥運動慢慢建立起運動的習慣嗎?
