春夏秋冬 各有不同的面貌
很多討論食材的書 都會強調跟著節氣 選擇當季的新鮮食物
不知道大家是否也會隨著季節的改變 而選擇不同風格的威士忌
我想到的聯想是
春 > 蜜香 春天百花綻放&小蜜蜂忙採蜜
夏 > 波本威士忌 炎熱的夏季彷彿美國西部電影的場景
來一杯波本純飲或做成HighBall 豪邁清爽
秋 > 奶油柑橘 蕭瑟的秋季 用豐腴的滋味來填補
冬 > 消毒水 寒流來襲預防&醫治感冒的最佳處方
