如果你不想做那麼花俏的話 (就我看來那真的太花俏了)
可以這樣做:
<a href="mylink.htm" title="你想要當滑鼠移上去時會顯示什麼字">這是個連結</a>
IE/Fx皆可用
效果就是Windows中移到某個東西放一會後會在滑鼠旁跳出來的那個小黃框
