最近也在玩這個，
我來PO一下我玩的心得，不知道有沒有OP
關於想要顯示的其他城市的天氣有個最簡單的改法
就是打開你要的skin裡的ini檔
修改 [Variables] 中的網址
修改的方法很簡單：
http://www.rssweather.com/hw3.php?pands=城市名稱
例如要顯示台北天氣就打 http://www.rssweather.com/hw3.php?pands=taipei
台南天氣就打 http://www.rssweather.com/hw3.php?pands=tainan
只要你打出來的網址能夠連上網頁，就成功了～！！
除了這個網址外，另外還需要設定就是RSS網址(以下以通用的skin為例)
當你連往「http://www.rssweather.com/hw3.php?pands=城市名稱」時
網頁左邊有個「RSS Feed」，點選「Customize」來自訂RSS設定
在RSS設定裡把「Forecast Options」選擇「Don't Show」
把「Present as」選擇「XHTML Body」
設定完後，最後在網頁下方按下RSS按鈕，會連到另一個網頁
那個網址就是RSS餵取的網址，把他複製下來到ini裡
以上就大功告成～～！！！
再來是顯示亂碼的問題，
只要你編輯和存檔時是使用「UTF-8」編碼就不會了～～！！
