[請益] 殺球時會用到那些肌肉群?
最近剛好比較有時間上重訓
想說可以針對殺球來做些重點式訓練
起跳的時候靠的是大腿小腿
所以應該做深蹲對嗎?
那攻擊的動作是比較會到到那些肌肉群呢??
我最近有做胸肌、二頭肌、腹肌、背肌
這樣夠嗎?
有勞各位解惑了
