[問題] 訓練一傳的菜單
1.因為系隊上高年級的不多
一年級的很多
但是一傳都傳不太好
所以想問一下除了碰牆壁以外的訓練方式
(學校沒有牆壁可以碰= =)
2.還有就是想順便問一下
舉球員舉球常常手滑球往上飛或往後飛
不知道是姿勢錯誤
還是哪裡需要改進?
希望板上高手可以提供一下訓練的方式或菜單...
