請問目前這個問題，還是沒有解決的辦法嗎？
我也是需要使用skype out撥打出現此問題
反映給台灣skype客服，得到的回覆是原廠無法開通此門號
原因一樣如下：
As we explain in the previous email the number +886927xxxxxx
not be dialled from the user location.
Due to the frequent fraudulent abuse by some other users
the ability to call this number is blocked.
最後又附上一句：
建議您也可以直接與原廠反應此一問題......後面附上一段網址
目前的問題是
透過客服得不到解決，個人反應給原廠又會有多大的效果呢？
原廠需要英文填寫，個人的英文程度又不是很好，
所以只好到版上詢問一下看看有無解決之道。
