已爬文但沒有找到符合的資訊還麻煩版主以及眾版友幫忙解惑謝謝！我的OPT-EAD card將於12/16/2015失效我在十月底申請OPT-STEM extension 並設於12/17/2015開始目前還在舊公司（學校）上班直到12/29/2015 已拿到新公司offer 將於01/04/2016開始上班 USCIS在11/03/2015顯示我的case已收到並給予receipt number 目前我查詢case進度都還是“已收到”狀態因為還沒拿到OPT STEM-EAD card 心裡還蠻焦急的想請問 1.有申請OPT-STEM經驗的人這時間點EAD card多久會收到？ 2.如果在12/16/2015前沒拿到新的EAD card是否表示我不能在目前公司上班？ 3.但我在USCIS網站以及學校資料看到 “students who applications are received at USCIS before their current EAD card expires will be able to continue employment while the STEM extension application is pending until they receive the final decision from USCIS or for 180 days, whichever comes first." 以及 "The following documents establish the student's identity and employment authorization and should be recorded under List A in Section 2 of Form I-9: -EAD or -Expired EAD which is considered unexpired because the STEM extension application is still pending. This EAD must be presented with Form I-20 endorsed by the Designated School Official recommending the STEM extension. Acceptable for 180 days from the expiration date on the card.
