[北美] 簽證的那張貼紙一定是在境外貼?
我目前人在美國境內，OPT還未過期，
I-797A顯示H-1B 自12/1 /2010生效
請問最後那張VISA Stamp的貼紙，是不是一定要在美國境外才能辦？
在臺灣辦的話 ， 費用是多少?夫妻兩人H1, H4是否就要double?
幾天才能拿到?
是不是最好回臺灣，不要去別的國家找麻煩?
還請板上大大們幫我做最後的釋疑
以下是我問公司律師有關Visa stamp時， 他給我的回信
You will need to make an appointment at a U.S. Consulate to apply for the new
H1B visa stamp. You should contact the American Consulate or Embassy
in advance to inquire about the current application fee and the most recent
list of items required. Requirements vary for each Consulate. The Department
of State website for more information on specific Consulates is
http://usembassy.state.gov/
Typically the following documentation is required at a minimum:
original Form I-797 (approval notice);
copy of the H-1B petition including Labor Condition Application (LCA);
original valid passport, valid for 6 months beyond the H-1B approval notice
date;
original educational documents;
one photograph; and
application fee (this varies based on your citizenship).
You may also obtain an employment verification letter from Cisco HR and
present copies of your 2 most current paystubs to evidence your employment.
