最近有朋友想要從美國來台遊玩機票都訂好了可是卻看到這個消息 http://www.murthy.com/nflash/nf_h1conc.html 大意是說很多在Consulting Companies工作的人在過完假期後過海關都被直接遣返回國害得我朋友不知道該怎麼辦他說 "It's very risky" 網站裡面事務所也提到 "Our effort is to gain clarification and determine the basis for sending H1B employees back to India (or other home countries), and, if this is due to an error of judgment or law, we will seek a reversal of this recent, alarming trend." 所以這也是USCIS自主性的裁定(遣送回國)囉? 並沒有什麼根據感覺是針對Consulting Companies工作的人...但是為什麼呢? 我朋友現在正在一個program當中(到6月) 所以他是有在工作的好不容易從老闆那邊取得holiday 簽證也都弄好了就算是入關時準備好工作證明或相關文件也是很有可能被遣返回他自己的國家? 真的非常非常冒險嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.204.133.79
