[北美] US Visa?
I'm sorry that I can't type Chinese here but I can read though.
I am current a graduate student in United States with a valid F-1 visa.
Few months ago, a company gave me job offer and filed H-1B petition for me.
Last month, I got the Canadian citizenship so I went back Canada for oath.
Before getting a Canadian passport, I came back U.S. with Taiwanese passport.
I wonder what I should do while departing and re-entering U.S. in the future.
The citizenship on my I-20 and H-1B petition is Taiwan, in this case,
may I re-enter U.S. with Canadian passport?
Or should I apply H-1 visa (if approved) at U.S. consular overseas?
