Dominik (kos) We did have a big hardware problem that damaged the database and the backup as well.All accounts are affected by this problems. There is no way to fix the lost resources automatically so we would have to do this for every single account by hand and that of course is just too much work.Please don't be upset about this but it is just not possible.
