[英中] 請問proven reference和regional approval是啥？
最近翻譯到一個求職資料提到
total of 8-15 years of multi-functional, international working experience,
with well-know education background,
"2-3 years proven reference",
high level of mobility and adaptability,
and English proficiency communication skills.
試譯如下
8-15 年的國際「多功能」工作經驗（怪怪的）
高等教育程度
2-3 年？？？（看無，好像是推薦信，但似乎又怪怪的）
配合度高（似乎不夠貼切）
流利的英文溝通能力
Some headcounts with problem of regional approval
become contracted position instead.
部分的職缺因為「地方認同」的關係，改為約聘制。（感覺似乎誤譯了，連我自己都看無）
不曉得板友可否分享看法？
