有關於遊程編碼(run-length)還不是很了解
只知道是用在壓縮資料
Assume an image is represented by mostly 0s and some 1s.
Use the run-length encoding algorithm to compress the
string"000001000110000001000".By using a 4-bit binary
number for counting,the output should be:
(1) 0101 1011 1000 1110 1011
(2)0101 0011 0000 0110 0011
(3)0101 1010
(4)0001 0001 1101 0000
