這一題把單位寫出來大概就知道了
主要就是聲音存的方法,數位聲音是每一秒做很多次取樣
每次取樣記下他們振福

4minute=240s
bit depth of 16 = 16bits/sample (每一次的取樣用16 bits 存)
還有題目給的 40,000 samples/second
40000*16 (bits/second)
再 * 240 就好了
