a.60 instruction=6 bits , 512MB=2^29=29 bits so 29*2+6=64 bits
2^5<60<2^6....所以6bits, hold a two-address 所以要29*2 (我理解的@@")
b.IR(op)的指令操作碼要6 bits ,輸入需6bit ,輸出需2^6=64種
這題就醬= ="
