我覺得這題題目出的不好，如以原理來說明，
其實答案是1,3,4都是對的，
想知道為什麼，要先了解free ribosome 和bound ribosome的差別，
bound ribosome會經由SRP接到ER上(因為有一點點的，吾人稱之為RER)
將新生的protein注入ER內，至於文中所說的e synthesis of the protein is
completed是指在RER內folding 成功，但是別忘了，還有初級醣化以及脂化反應
這都是在ER內發生的，接下來在Golgi還有二級醣化和磷酸化的加成(所以4是對的)，
磷酸化會使得protein形成lysosome(所以1是對的)，至於無磷酸化的preotein
大部分會經由cytoskeleton運送到膜形成膜蛋白(3是對的)，或是分泌出胞外。
而free ribosome.....所產生出來的protein是負責細胞質的反應，以及當作
胞內液的buffer維持穩定，也會提供mt 和葉綠体讓他們形光合作用和呼吸作用
