A,D是錯的,所以先刪去
再來,我的想法是thymus gland可讓白血球分辨外來物跟自體細胞
如果把thymus gland切除,就無法分辨
所以結果是B or C 我就搞不清楚了...
白血球不能分辨哪些是外來物,所以無論看到啥都會攻擊嗎?
還是通通都不攻擊?
