關於對球王的批評說他高調，搞特權，走後門很多是來自於他ig那句"exemption permission" 我去翻了澳洲移民署的規定我覺得可能誤會大了 https://covid19.homeaffairs.gov.au/travel-restrictions 僅列以下幾點討論，詳細可看連結 1. Fully vaccinated Australian citizens, permanent residents and eligible visa holders can travel to and from Australia without needing to apply for a travel exemption. 完整接踵疫苗者不需申請豁免 2. All other temporary visa holders seeking to travel to Australia must apply for a travel exemption. 其他持有短期簽證者或沒打疫苗者必須申請旅行豁免 3. Travel to Australia is only available if you are exempt or you have been granted an individual exemption. 擁有豁免資格或得到個人豁免才能進入澳洲注：由以上三點可知，exemption並非特權或開後門，而是明明白白寫在規定裡的有打疫苗的可以自動取得exemption 沒打疫苗也不是不能進，而是需要有特殊理由，符合特殊規定(詳後述) 並得到豁免許可 4. You are automatically exempt from the travel restrictions and can enter Australia (without obtaining an individual exemption) if you are: 豁免資格：澳洲公民、永久居民、已施打完整疫苗的簽證持有者.....(不贅述) 注：澳洲公民不論有沒有施打疫苗皆有豁免資格 5. If you hold an eligible visa and are not fully vaccinated you must apply for and be granted an individual travel exemption. 未施打疫苗外國人的必須拿到個人豁免(individual travel exemption) 6. Individual exemptions You may be considered for an individual travel exemption by the Commissioner of the Australian Border Force or decision makers if you are: 個人豁免須符合以下條件：(僅列出喬帥可能適用的條件) a foreign national whose entry into Australia would be in the national interest, supported by the Australian Government or a state or territory government authority 由聯邦政府、州政府或邊境管理局認定，外國人進入有利國家利益注：沒有醫療豁免(medical exemption) 7. You must hold a visa and an exemption to Australia’s travel restrictions before you travel. 旅行至澳洲前你必須持有簽證和邊境管制的豁免(網路申請) 8. If you are not granted an exemption, you should not continue with travel plans, as you will not be permitted to board a flight to Australia. If you are granted a travel exemption, you will need to take evidence of that exemption decision to the airport. 若你沒有拿到豁免，你無法登機。如果你有拿到豁免，請在機場出示證明。喬帥因為沒打疫苗，所以申請exemption 他登機前肯定已經拿到exemption了，澳洲政府也肯定審過了但是不知為何在機場被取消簽證？另一個問題，他是以哪個條件拿到exemption？回到第六點個人豁免條件並沒有看到有醫療豁免我看規定可能符合的只有一項就是聯邦或州政府基於國家利益給你邊境管制的豁免那跟喬帥準備的文件有什麼關係？結論那篇IG的exemption permission跟高調、特權、走後門完全無關而是任何人未施打疫苗者都可以，也必須申請才能進入澳洲喬帥有沒有拿到不適合接種疫苗的證明或有沒有六個月內染疫並不重要因為那並非構成豁免的條件而事實上喬帥能不能進去其實只要州政府或聯邦政府點頭就能進看起來其實是個政治問題？ *補充clifflee版友的指正 https://reurl.cc/e697WM a. If you cannot be vaccinated for medical reasons, you will need to provide proof that you cannot be vaccinated for medical reasons to airline staff. You should also check any requirements, particularly quarantine requirements, in the state or territory to which you are travelling.
