[職務性質] 全職 [需求人數] 1人 [職務說明] Test engineer will focus on resolving Tesla developed equipment issues at suppliers in Taiwan. This role requires frequent travel to support customers on-site. Responsibilities: - Identify and resolve hardware and software issues from Tesla developed testing equipment at suppliers across Taiwan. - Provide regular technical issue updates to Tesla's internal teams Lead post-mortem analyses to identify learnings, root cause, systematic patterns that need attention, improvement opportunities and relevant trends. - Work closely with engineering to reproduce bugs and build quick validation method/system as necessary. - Serve as a subject matter expert and educator to suppliers' manufacturing team. - Sustain, organize, and create technical documentation, procedures, schematics, work instructions, and parts lists. - Assist with the development and implementation of new test equipment. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical discipline such as electrical or computer engineering 0-2 years of experience in a technical product support or field technical support. - Experience with automotive CAN bus diagnostics and related communication protocols Python and Linux knowledge. RF knowledge is a plus. - Hands-on approach and self-motivated to resolve complex issues with minimal support. - Ability to communicate in business English.
