[心得] 沒有責任制,只有認同感
本魯剛進一間南軟新創公司一個禮拜,
跟主管詢問公司的制度及工作測試流程,
結果主管卻用公司文化及認同感來回答,
原來
公司從來不會要求員工加班,
都是員工應該對公司有認同感,
所以會主動留下來把事情做完,
原來
早上跟我同職位一起進公司的姐姐,
因為對公司沒認同感所以被炒魷魚,
而我也因為問了這些制度問題,
所以是對公司文化沒有認同感,
所以也理所當然應該被炒魷魚~
到底一個新人要怎麼對公司產生認同感呢?
結論是
公司沒有責任制及加班這回事,
全都是你對公司不夠有認同感!
我懂了!
