「時常保時樂觀但也隨時做好最壞的打算」是許多人奉為圭臬的想法。但除卻做好最壞的打算，你是否也認為壞事正不斷在自己身上發生呢? 現在你可能會有這種念頭，呣呣~當你越是努力地想樂觀的看待自己面對的事情時，越會產生這種負面的想法。試著將心中所有負面的想法排除，就算將「負面念頭排除」的事情並沒有眼下的事情來的重要，也要試著嘗試看看。一心一意的相信自己一定會成功。更重要的是，無時無刻都要相信自己，即便這挑戰讓你對自己產生懷疑。毫無疑問地，你有能力去克服這件事並且成功地完成它。註:別太過樂觀亦別太過消極，凡事只需要拿捏中庸的程度即可，過度的悲觀或樂觀都無助於事情的推演。在陷入困境時，唯一不能放手的底線就是相信自己。 Hope for the best but prepare for the worst is an adage that many people embrace.
