你最近可能對一件冒險的事情做了許多規劃與計畫。你或許對此的感到相當有信心，因為你投注了大量的時間成本、照顧、以及規劃。呣呣~當你覺得你已經盡了所有氣力時，事情可能不如你所預期--即便它沒往壞的發展。儘管你可能因計畫不如預期而感到沮喪，抑或是事情不如你所想的結局那般，但它仍然對你有一定程度的幫助。事實上，你甚至該慶祝它不如預期所帶來的回饋。註1: 很多時候我們會設想事情往自己所期望的方向進行，那是因為無論發生什麼情況都會在掌控之內，但如果事情不如預期時，則是考驗自己的臨場判斷能力，先不要因此感到焦急，冷靜思考會發現它其實沒有變糟。註2:謝謝大家關心，但我的藥大部分的副作用都是嗜睡，只是沒想到這次這麼強...
