如果我們想要學會騎馬，有很多事情我們需要知道。我們要知道正確的騎乘體位，背部肌力，雙手的掌控，還有我們的雙腿。我們需要熟悉基本的口令，還要知道什麼時候要給馬兒指令。最重要得是我們跟馬兒要有起碼某種程度的心靈相通。我們現在正在身陷一件似乎要超乎我們掌控的事件之中。但牛牛們要知道我們還是有著主導權，而且我們到目前也證明我們有能力掌控。不要讓內心的恐懼偏離了你的道路。
