[心得] 專治手腳冰冷的方法
以前在桃園每到冬天的時候
手腳冰冷的程度是 半夜會冷到醒過來
有時候還會有點要抽筋的感覺
後來我發現如果用人蔘+枸杞+黃耆+紅棗
這樣用半鍋水 先用大火煮開
煮開以後 轉成用最小火慢慢煮半小時
就可以了
ps:請切記 這半小時一定要定鬧鐘 不然忘記就火燒屋了
要不要加糖 看個人喜好
人篸 放6片到8片
黃耆 10片
紅棗 10顆 放入前要輕輕咬一口
枸杞 約一小把
