: To provide administrative support in area assigned under the direction
: and guidance of a Manager of Senior Admin person.
: 1. Responsible primarily on administrative accounting support function to
: oversea mother company.
: 2. Liaise with Business Lines and Vendors for AP/AR matters.
: 3. Liaising and coordinating with external tax consultants to prepare VAT
: and WHT report and annual corporate tax filing, payment and communication
: with oversea mother company.
: 4. Generate and extract expense claims from internal system and submit to
: oversea mother company for payment process.
: 5. Organize and file all of the above documents for easy access and reference. This also must be in compliance with the local statutory requirement.
: 6. Coordinating and collecting accounting documents for local auditors,
: working hand in hand with oversea mother company.
: 7. To be the interlink and liaise with the local banks for all banking
: requirements as advised by oversea mother company and the Treasury team.
: 8. To support oversea mother company and treasury team on payment process
: and receipts whenever required, especially those non-batch payment
: processing, receipt and banking of cheques and advise oversea mother company of such bank-in, monitor incoming funds either from clients' online payment or remittance from other source such as HQ or inter-company.
: 9. To liaise with the corporate secretary on matters relating to corporate
: exercise such as board resolution, affidavit matters, company declaration,
: etc.
: 10. Any other related tasks as and when assigned by the supervisor from time
: to time.

: 英文聽說讀寫良好(需直接跟亞太區總部溝通)
: 至少三年以上的會計相關工作經驗
