選which是最適當的，
which作 "ms.sweeny was having trouble sleeping at nitght"這件事解，
翻譯大意是「睡不著這件事他歸因於當工作時試著完成太多件事(所造成的)壓力」。
在這裡也不適合用that，
因為空格前面已經有逗號了，
如果用that來引導的子句，通常是帶有指示性的，這時不能用逗號隔開。
選that在文法上就不正確了，如果要用that的話，改為
That Ms. Sweeny was having trouble sleeping at night attributed to the stress
of her trying to accomplish too many things at work.
把that放在前面較為恰當，句子也要配合更動。
那為何不適合選when呢？把when填上去看看，
Ms.Sweeny was having trouble sleeping at night, when she attributed to
the stress of trying to accomplish too many things at work.
Ms. Sweeny晚上睡不著覺，「當」她把這件事歸因於在工作時試著完成太多事
(所造成的)壓力「的時候」
語意上完全說不通。
所以，在這裡選which，在文法和語意上才是較合適的解答。
(應該沒人想選who吧)
