could的變化是對應到前面would的變化。

這就讓你熟悉的問句結構現形了，再進一步改為：
A. Do I have to fill out the application form today? B: No, You _____.
動詞改變了，從fill變為have (to fill)，但是句意完全不變。
這樣答案是不是就比較好選了呢?
當然，如果你知道mustn't和don't have to在中文意思上完全不一樣的話，你當然也可
以知道怎麼選。
