先把它拆成兩句
1.No artist dominated the mid-twentieth century in the way.
2.Pable Picasso did in the way.
兩句合併,將句子二變化成形容詞子句修飾前面名詞the way,將後句的the way 變成which
(句子2的in介係詞不能不見)
No artist dominated the mid-twentieth century in the way which/that
Pable Picasso did in.
將in拿到前面跟which一起(in拿到前面不能用that)
所以才會選答案(A),
(B)介係詞in不見了
