According to paragraph 1, all of the following are true of icebergs EXCEPT: 2) They are formed where glaciers meet the ocean. 3) Most of their mass is above the sea surface. 第一段: Icebergs are massive blocks of ice, irregular in shape; they float with only about 12 percent of their mass above the sea surface. They are formed by glaciers－large rivers of ice that bigin inland in the snows of Greenland, Antarctica, and Alaska－and move slowly toward the sea. The forward movement, the melting at the base of the glacier where it meets the ocean, and waves and tidal action cause blocks of ice to break off and float out to sea. 答案3)，但我看了很久感覺還是2)= =" 3: float with only about 12 percent of their mass above the sea surface. 問一下版友是不是答案錯了? ------------------------- 3)我腦子壞掉想反了，可選無誤但2)我覺得也是能選阿~ 文章中段就說formed by glaciers 由冰河形成跟選項描述: formed where glaciers meet the ocean 在冰河遇到海的地方形成不一樣版友說的線索再中後段說:The forward movement (of icebergs formed by glaciers), XXXXX, cause blocks of ice XXXXXX. 所以應該能推得冰山形成後，後來緩慢移動到冰河海洋接口時因為XXX跟冰河裂開，漂到海裡去了摘錄後面全文翻譯部分第一段: 冰山是由冰川----從格陵蘭島, 南極洲, 和阿拉斯加的內陸降雪開始積累成為大河中的冰所以這邊得知在內陸就成形了 ----然後緩慢流入海洋。向前的移動，在進入海洋的時候冰川底部的融化，和波浪與潮汐變化造成了冰塊的斷裂從而漂浮在海上。這最後一句話我覺得有點問題，照答案解讀的話是: 在內陸形成的"冰"，因為XXX(在海河口形成冰山)而飄在海上。但我覺得這樣邏輯不太通= =" 我解讀: 在內陸形成的"冰"(冰山就是一大塊冰)，因為XXX，冰(冰山)與內陸斷裂漂到海上 (，變成海上的冰山(冰)) 又對照英文看了幾下，我覺得我解讀得沒錯阿@?@ They are formed by glaciers－XXX－and move slowly toward the sea. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.32.208.16
