3. 目標：Speak english fluently
4. 原因：Looking for a partner to improve our communication skill
and english words

6. 時間：once per week, please e-mail to me check each time ^^
7. 方式：Share one news to each others and discuss about your thinking
8. 範圍：Internet news
9. 人數限制：one by one
10.解散條件：If we fail our meeting over 4 times
11.運作規則：E-mail news to each other 2 days before our conference
