[請益] 外接硬碟的Y型USB可否外接電源？

小弟最近想買一台Buffalo 的無線分享器
有個功能是可以外接硬碟做資料備份
原本打算添購一個新的硬碟，但發現最近硬碟怎麼貴成這個樣子
所以就找出一個很久以前買的2.5吋硬碟
但看到無線分享器的說明是他的USB孔不提供電源。
因此想說如果用 Y型接頭配上手機USB充電器（5V DC 400mA）
不知道是否可以用這樣的配置驅動硬碟？
不知道有人這樣接過嗎？
