[請益] 在日本買日立硬碟能在台灣RMA嗎?
如題
因為7K3000 3TB快爆炸了(是真的快要壞了)
又國內還沒賣7K4000
剛好有個代買買家能幫我買...
想請問一下如果不幸的這顆有問題需要RMA
能寄到桃園去嗎?
還是一定要寄到日本去才行?
如果寄到日本去的話是從這邊寄過去代買買家再請他幫我送
還是直接寄過去日本收貨處然後收的地址寫買家那邊?

If I go to Japan and buy a harddisk to use,
and after a period borght it back to Taiwan,
If the harddisk have problem and have to RMA,
can I send it to Taiwan's RMA collecting place?
Or I have to send it to Japan to RMA.

If the drive is from our authorised distributor in Japan,
you would be able to process a Enduser RMA online using country Taiwan.
However,
please ensure that the drive is from the authorised distributor in Japan.
You may want to check the warranty status online BEFORE you pay for the
drive. Go to http://www.hitachigst.com/portal/site/en/support/warranty/
Select Create RMA, and just key in the country Taiwan and the drive serial
number to ensure that the drive is valid for return in Taiwan.
