[請益] 營業員給錯誤的資訊有何 責任?
上星期五一早要空一隻標的
該股票是警示股+分盤交易
打去券商問是否有券還有是否需全額交割
打去時該營業員不再位子上,而是他同事代接
該同時表示有券但要把錢匯進特定帳戶然後在打電話去圈存才能下單,但因當時賣股的錢還未匯進戶頭所以沒下標。
昨天錢匯進來了,一早打電話問圈存帳號+還是否有券,結果該營業員休假又是他同事代接的電話,該同事說還有券也圈存好了可以下單。
結果今天查戶頭金額發現我昨天匯進全額交割專戶的錢又匯進來了,在打電話去問營業員,結果營業員查了一下發現該股票只是警示股不需全額交割,和普通股一樣T+2就好了。
這時才發現該同事完全說錯了,剛好星期五該股票又跌停,平白損失10%收益,因我打的那隻專線都有電話錄音,請問該營業員有何責任?我可用電話錄音去爭取權益?
