感謝K大給回應，因為可能是個案也是少數問題，怕推文隱沒了也方便讓後人查詢，
固還是回文之，讓討論串完整一些，請各位Steam板友見諒。
我今日當下即去信了商店信箱詢問狀況，不過對方也只能推薦我換卡片或者使用PP。

I am sorry to hear you are having Address Verification Issues (AVS). It seems
our bank is having trouble verifying your address with your bank.
There are several ways you could solve them. First is to try a different
card. If that doesn't work, we have found PayPal is the solution. We have
never had issues with PayPal.

: 看一下他給你的說明，簡單來說就是你的信用卡不能過他們的地址驗證(AVS)
: 因為AVS會去比對信用卡帳單地址和你在購物網上所填的地址是不是吻合
: 但是你的信用卡沒有支援AVS，所以AVS檢查沒辦法過
: 所以他才跟你說用有支援AVS的卡或是用paypal來進行付款動作
