[問題] 想請問有關於t-test統計問題 請大家幫幫忙

我有一組資料要進行統計，有一組口腔癌病患腫瘤中、血液中各含有a細胞的含量(%)， 想比較這組病患的a細胞在腫瘤中與血液中的比例是否有顯著性的差異，我應該用 paired-t test還是independent-t test比較恰當？謝謝！ 如果我手上的病人資料並不齊全，有些病人只有血液的資料，而有些病人只有腫瘤中 的資料，不曉得是否這樣會影響選擇t-test的方式，目前我是使用unpaired-t-test with Welch's correction，不知是否正確，想請高手們幫幫忙，謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.112.130.135
