Implements efficient algorithms, RPCs, caching strategies and database schemas. - Ensure the logical correctness, efficiency and completeness of software programs. - Document API design and implementation details. - Manage application deployment, configuration and monitoring. What You Should Have: - Excellent knowledge of CS fundamentals, especially algorithms, database and distributed systems. - BS degree in Computer Science. - Good understanding of object-oriented design. At least one year experience in one of the following languages: C++, Go, Java, Python. - Experience in building high traffic web services. Familiar with common technologies such as cache, load balancer, message queue, service discovery etc. - Familiar with Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform. - Experience in Hadoop, Spanner, Cassandra or other distributed databases is a plus. - Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills. - Self-motivated, innovative, and proactive. - Willing to learn new knowledge and explore unfamiliar domains. 薪水: 90,000 TWD - 150,000 TWD, 一年13薪 職缺2: Software Engineer (Android, React Native) About the job: - Work closely with product, UX/UI and backend teams to design and build consumer-facing new products and features. - Design A/B tests on end-user behavior to continuously improve user experience based on data collected. - Design and implement automated UI tests and integration/release plan. What You Should Have: - Excellent knowledge of CS fundamentals, especially in algorithms and object oriented design. - Up-to-date knowledge on Android programming paradigm. - Strong UX/UI design exposure and experience in making apps work intuitively. - Knowledge in mobile security is a plus. - Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills. - Self-motivated, innovative, and proactive. - Willing to learn new knowledge and explore unfamiliar domains. - All experience levels are welcome. 薪水: 90,000 TWD - 150,000 TWD, 一年13薪 職缺3: Data Scientists About the job: - Design and build data driven systems for risk control, fraud detection, recommendation, customer segmentation, adaptive pricing etc. - Build, validate, test, and deploy models and algorithms. - Work with backend engineers to architect data storage and processing pipelines. - Work with product managers to develop new product features based on insights from data. What You Should Have: - Master or PhD in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or fields related to data mining preferred. - Experience in Python or R. - Knowledge in supervised/unsupervised learning, classification/clustering algorithms, feature engineering/optimization - Experience in deep learning, reinforcement learning, personalized search and recommendation, user/seller behavior modeling, marketing algorithms preferred. - Experience of Hadoop, Spark, Tensorflow is a plus. - Experience with visualization software to convert models/insights into simple, business sell-in stories would be an advantage (but not mandatory). - Outstanding analytical and problem- solving skills. - Self-motivated, innovative, and proactive. - Willing to learn new knowledge and explore unfamiliar domains. 薪水: 100,000 TWD - 180,000 TWD, 一年13薪 職缺4: Blockchain Engineer About the job: - Design and build an insurance platform using state of art blockchain technologies. - Design and optimize systems for scalability and high availability. - Build an extensible and modular system that can be adapted to meet a wide range of requirements. What You Should Have - Excellent knowledge of CS fundamentals, especially algorithms, operating systems, database and distributed systems. - Good understanding of object oriented design. At least one year experience in one of the following languages: C++, Go, Java, Python. - Understanding of the blockchain concept is a plus. - Experience in Ethereum Enterprise or Hyperledger is a plus. - Familiar with Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform. - Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills. - Self-motivated, innovative, and proactive. 這位大大問題問得非常好, 我也一直納悶為什麼招募進度一直沒達到我自己的標準 主要歸納出幾個問題: 1. 招募管道有限:目前只透過ptt/facebook在做招募, 能見度一直無法提高 2. 面試門檻相對高, 但目前我們也有稍作調整 如果大大有其他的建議也願意指導,小弟願意用一杯咖啡的時間做交換. ※ 編輯: gail0720 (121.93.105.27), 10/15/2018 22:07:21
