[心得] 面試與CV的心得
以下是我寫給一個朋友的一些文字，主要是針對外商公司在 CV 和面試的時候可能會
比較注重的一些重點
1. List major projects and achievements in your career related to program-
ming. If you have leadership experience, providing success stories (or failed
projects) would be good. Remember to outline the points you think you have
learned or should have learned. A detailed examination and concise analysis
will help your recruiter know you more. Emphasis on team work stories would
be great.
2. Prepare well, I mean really well if you wanna apply for SWE. The tests
focus on algorithm and complexity, but also data structure and real coding.
ie. you may have to write correct C code or Java code on-the-fly.
3. Set yourself goals on what you would like to achieve and why you think the
position is right for you, and why you would benefit the company. This is a
more open question so I suggest you speak from your heart. The goal is to
really bring yourself out instead of trying to appeal to what the recruiter
or inter-viewer might want to hear. Sometimes we are moved by sincereness of
the inter-viewees.
4. Tell your life story. Anything unrelated to your work but helped define
who you are.
另外補充一些關於 CV 的寫法
把自己的技能和語言能力分開寫，並且寫上該技能你熟悉的程度，不要太唬爛，面試的人
看到「專精」會很興奮一直去踹，如果你一踹就爆炸了，會扣分不少。
做過的不論成功失敗案例都寫，要用倒敘的（最近做的放最前面），也要把自己學習到的
東西寫在這些經歷裡面。
至於自我描述的部分，不要寫太無聊的東西，什麼爸爸媽媽哥哥姊姊弟弟妹妹等等，這種
描述不重要。除非你有五個爸爸六個媽媽五十個兄弟姐妹，寫出來並且告訴大家這對你有
什麼正面的影響，應該可以加不少分數。
