[請益] 深怕能力不足,無法達到公司要求
小弟我目前待一家專門在接政府專案的公司,目前快過試用期了,從前輩那得知,該公
司流動率蠻大的,雖然近期補了近1/3的新人(未達一年),不過最近也走了一批人,目
前公司開始極力每天辦教育訓練,上級是希望這兩個月的教育訓練後,每個PG都能夠獨
立作業(身附SA功能),之所以會這麼做,上級給的答案是,SA開完規格後交給PG,PG再
開始coding,可是SA開規格之時PG就閒置了。另一方面也能提高公司的競爭力(每個人
都有SA等級以上的實力),教育訓練完後每個PS(PG兼SA)都能開始接專案,自行開規格
,面對客戶、訓練新人(畢業潮快到了)。但是小弟我coding能力還有待加強,原本打
算coding能力ok之後再慢慢往上爬......突然遇到這個問題真的有點不知所措,如果硬
著頭皮照公司的步調走,很怕擔不起這個重擔。可否請各位資深的版友給個建議??
