Sports' Adrian Wojnarowski, who reported that the contract is worth $13 million-plus. Hawes earned $4 million last season, his fifth in the NBA, and was an unrestricted free agent. A 7-foot-1 Seattle native, Hawes played just 37 games last season as he battled back and Achilles injuries. He averaged 9.6 points and 7.3 rebounds in about 25 minutes per game.
