Tim has over 10 years of Corporate IP experience working in the U.S. publicly
traded companies and international law firms. He focuses on strategic
Corporation and IP matters, including corporate formation, business and
technology transactions, international IP prosecution, U.S. Patent, and
Trademark proceedings at PTAB and TTAB, and IP validity and infringement
litigation.
