[問題] 有關laptop維修

事情是這樣的，我朋友有一台電腦在美國壞掉了型號是HP V3000 開機之後沒多久螢幕全黑根本沒辦法做事我到NB板去看過，目前研判出來可能是主機板或者是顯示卡壞掉所以必須更換硬體。因此我想問一下，這邊有沒有人遇過類似的問題？維修的話大概多少錢？還是我去找板子自己拆裝比較划算？順便想問一下，板上有多少人用類似的型號？HP 冰岩。故障率高嗎？跟其他廠牌比較起來呢？我自己目前是Acer，截至目前為止都還滿順的，希望不要有狀況。目前的處理狀況是，我們嘗試著用Email 跟HP聯絡然後得到一封回信回信內容如下： Hello Yungshan, Thank you for contacting HP Total Care.
