各位版友,我是剛畢業的研究生,最近找工作時遇到一個狀況,想請問大家這個問題。
這間公司規模很小,它是剛起步的小公司。
面試時,他說給我的月薪是三萬元。
但老闆跟我說他會把勞健保報成最低薪資的18790,然後18790在月初時會匯道我戶頭。
然後剩下的錢就會以津貼(現金)的方式在月中15日時給我。
請問這樣對我未來的勞保退休金會有很大的影響嗎??
這樣對我的下一份工作的薪資有影響嗎?像是下個公司會認為我是領最低薪資?
我該如何解釋這種狀況
該不該去這樣的公司,我非常猶豫!! >"<
