個人淺見:
第一句我個人感覺會有點offensive 因為對於研究其他領域的人來說
並不認為疾病與藥物機轉很重要 可能DNA的轉錄才是王道
所以建議改成
Disease and drug mechanism is now an important field in life science.
建議多一句敘述為何這部分必須從一般的生命科學類分開
This area incorporates current knowledges of disease in biology, the
production of drug in chemistry, and the prognosis of disease after the
treatment of drug in clinical medicine and research.
然後第二句和第三句可以合併成正面的句子 然後最好不要預設看板使用者是哪個類群的人
Establishing an independent board with Chinese language interface in PTT
will encourage discussions among the users who are interested in this field.

: Boards establishing
: 40 people with 200 times logging and publishing in PTT are
: required for cosigning a new board. USER-SEARCHING function of
: PTT is used for finding the people with qualification. In addition,
: mailing to my friends is another choice for cosigning new boards.
每一句的第一個字不可以寫阿拉伯數字
BBS上用的應該是"post"
另外易混淆的是200次指的是loggin加posting
還是各200次還是單指logging?
另外個人連署的條件為什麼會要包含40個人?
這些都是第一句的問題
所以建議改為
Fourty people are required to cosign a new board. Individual who has logged
in more than 200 times and posted more than once is eligible to cosign.
下面的只是個人看法
USER-SEARCH function of PTT will be used to qualify the cosigners. In
addition, my qualified friends will be invited to cosign the new board.

最大問題在第一句與第二句沒有看到必然的關聯性
就是生物科技版的使用者跟版主的熱情和版面經營之間的關聯在哪?
另外活躍的使用者就真的會熱心的經營版面嗎?這之間的邏輯關係還不夠強
The key of success in board managing is the enthusiasm of the administrator
rather than his professionalism. Active and responsible users in the
Biotech or other boards are the candidates for the administrator.
