[問題] B群咖啡都用了 還是想睡
大家好 目前小弟高二 一類組
每天都是早上一杯咖啡+B群
可是發現好像開始麻痺了RRR 但不用這些反而會一直打瞌睡...
然後如果我用百靈油會太刺激 整晚都會失眠
都有睡午休的習慣 每天12點以前必睡 睡到早上7點才去學校
到了晚上讀不到一個小時就打瞌睡 感覺很沒有效率。
然後有吃安眠藥以及情緒穩定劑,目前這方面有跟醫生提,有逐步減藥中。
請問到底還有什麼方法,才能使自己更專注?
