延續上回擋拆防守系列繼續講,介紹第三種Pick & Roll防守方式叫做Show〈延阻〉。筆
者會將Show定義為,掩護防守者「上前」踩住持球者通過掩護的路徑;持球防守者「持平
或者沉退」留在後方伺機而動。這是一種持球防守者採「消極」;但掩護防守者採「積極
」的擋拆防守方式!專門拿來破壞控球員第一時間的攻勢發動,以及降低長人外圍的
Pick & Pop投射傷害。
【Show的優點與目的】

▲Show是指Pick & Roll形成時,掩護防守者Tiago Splitter「積極」踩向持球者Ellis正
面破壞他的發動節奏,然後Splitter就順勢找回Dirk Nowitzki,堤防他在外圍的Pick &
Pop投射;而持球防守者Ginobili「消極」留在後方追回Ellis。
Show是一種長人上前阻礙後衛發動,並隨時留意對方做Pick & Pop投射;小個留在後方伺
機而動的方法!譬如馬刺面對Dirk Nowitzki、Porzingis這種能拉出外圍Pick & Pop的外
線型長人,多半會採取這種擋拆防守方式來將傷害降到最低。

▲前兩回介紹過的擋拆防守方式Under、Over都有個缺點,掩護防守者均為「消極」留在
禁區以便保護籃框,但是只要對方做一個Pick & Pop就能輕易破解。採用Show是希望長人
主動上前延阻保持機動性,可以隨時因應對方做Pick & Pop,不單單只是破壞後衛第一拍
習慣動作而已!
以影片為例,掩護防守者Leuer上前踩一下持球者Jennings運球路徑,然後可以順勢留在
三分線Deny掉Porzingis想做Pick & Pop的意圖,Jennings由後方的持球防守者Smith追回
即可。

▲一樣是Leuer上前延緩Jennings的攻勢發動,Smith留在原地觀察再追回Jennings,如此
一來對方攻勢等於又要重新來過一遍。

▲就像這樣,快艇DeAndre Jordan早先一步踩住爵士Hayward攻勢,後方幾乎不動的
Barnes觀察對方動向可以輕鬆追回Hayward,跑出去的Jordan利用活動力歸位回到籃下。

▲以往馬刺內線球員活動力都不太好,所以馬刺教練團多半會選擇讓長人龜在禁區保護籃
框就好,不會讓他們做太過積極的擋拆防守方式。
可是萬一遇到像Dirk Nowitzki、Porzingis這種能投籃的大個子,可能就要稍微改變一下
策略。Aldridge變成要主動Show出去,不然一直縮在裡面有可能就會被Porzingis三分射
到歪掉!
【Show的缺點與破解】

▲Show是指長人離開禁區上前積極做擋拆防守,這時候禁區保護反而會變得比較薄弱,所
以攻擊方如果可以試著朝籃下攻擊,很有機會瓦解對方採取Show的策略。
以這次影片為例,Splitter上前延阻Rubio攻勢,但對位Splitter的Love不是選擇Pop而是
選擇Roll到籃下,只要Rubio抓準時間傳球進去就有機會偷襲。簡單來說,如果長人可以
快速Roll in就是破解Show的一個好方法!

把球灌進籃框裡。換句話說,當採用Show的策略一定要想辦法搭配「第三方」幫忙協防,
不然對方一個Roll in籃底很容易鬧空城,原因是你的大個子已經提前跑出去了!

▲破解Show的另一個方法是持球者強行突破。
以圖為例,Nash運球強行突破上來Show的球員,只要能過掉對方長人繼續向禁區施壓,對
手在禁區的防守就會處於被動狀態。

▲破解Show還有一個方法叫做Split the Screen。掩護防守者上前踩住持球者的路徑,持
球者改變運球方向劈開掩護從兩人中間突圍。
以影片為例,Westbrook持球準備執行Pick & Roll戰術,防守者Ryan Anderson想上前踩
住Westbrook往左邊運球的方向,但Westbrook突然換檔變向,從Anderson與Holiday之間
強行穿過,切入禁區灌籃得分!
