[問題] 跑步腳抬不起來
1、如題
朋友總是說我跑步時腳抬不起來,步伐像拖在地上
叫我膝蓋抬高,步伐往前跨
但我"自以為"已經很努力將大腿抬起了,也把胸挺出來,及下巴不要抬太高
想問大家要怎麼改善呢
2、另外朋友還提到
我總是容易放慢自己的速度,我問他是意志力的問題嗎
他又說不是,這是身體自我的保護意識太強...
搞得我越跑越沒信心
想問大家跑步時都怎麼去調整自己的內心呢
