[問題] 全馬不吃能量膠會?
板上很多不同板友的馬拉松心得文都會提到一場比賽吃幾次能量膠
小弟好奇 如果沒自帶能量膠的話 只吃補給站的會發生什麼事?
像是本人跑這麼慢 有沒有可能是因為沒吃能量膠的關係?
